Lately she's been maxing out her jumperoo. This is actually winding down towards her nap; she was even bouncier about 10 minutes earlier. We do like the languid "flap, flap, flap" with the monkey, and then the failed parrot grab turning into a nonchalant head scratch towards the end.

Daily Ada: 8 June 12: We're off!
To the hotel outside Heathrow, at least. Only two hours later than I wanted to leave, and have only thought of two things already that I've forgotten. Not to bad.
Although Ada was confused about why mommy and daddy were running around the house and not paying attention to her, she seems to have taken the lack of bath and bedtime in stride. Fell asleep pretty quickly in the car, though.
The adventure begins!

Daily Ada: 7 June 12, part two
Today Ada had a hard time picking out what she wants to read on the plane.
Daily Ada: 7 June 12
Ada is getting a bit big for the tummy tub, so we decided that we'll do bath times in a new way when we return from the States.
Since we're staying in a hotel near Heathrow tomorrow night, tonight was the last time with the tummy tub. It's the end of an era.

Daily Mark: in a tent.
We recently bought Ada a baby travel bed tent thing, which Mark and I got quite excited about. It's a pretty big one, designed to be used by kids up to at least five years old. I could fit in it fine, so I think it can be used way beyond that age.
When we had it set up, Mark said that he thought he could fit in it. I said I thought he couldn't. He was right; I was wrong!
