I know, it's great. Maybe we can go visit. Although I didn't realize Poetry was so close - it kind of sounded like a West Texas name to me and I hadn't looked it up yet...
I really like Etsy - mostly for necklaces - I have a couple of preferred sellers. But I'm going to try to get some Christmas ornaments from someone this year, I think. They just have a lot of a nice stuff. A lot of crappy stuff, but a lot of nice stuff too. But it is definitely a time sink...
I can see that you could use up a 'little' bit of time snooping around. It seems like Craigslist, but more artsy. I liked this: http://www.etsy.com/listing/47751813/orchid-necklace (I'm easily hooked...)

I dug the location: Poetry, Texas.
This was my intro to Etsy. Another time sink, just what I need!!
Wow, very cool.
Even neater that it is in Poetry, TX! That's just a few miles east of Dallas. What an opportunity!

Ooo that is nice.
I've bought a couple of necklaces from http://www.etsy.com/shop/jadescott
I think it's a really nice user interface, with its "pounce" function, and the editor's picks pages.
And that you can save your favorite sellers, so you can check up later to see what else they've got to sell...
