Mark had a meeting in Nottingham, so he went to the IKEA there. But it's crazy because I checked the stock online (the fabric is finally listed on the IKEA web site), and it said it said it was out of stock and wouldn't be in until the next day. But to be sure, I called up and checked the automatic stock system over the phone, and it said it was in stock. So then I called the IKEA call center and the lady confirmed that they had 50 metres in stock. But then I strongly requested that she speak with the fabric person actually in Nottingham, and she did, and came back saying that they had two new bolts in stock.
Needless to say, when Mark went, and it was actually there, he bought extra. We now have a lot of extra bird fabric. A LOT.
