When we were getting Ada ready to go with Mark over the hill and to the garden center, we said, "you're going to need to wear a hat because it's sunny." Ada immediately walked over to the hat/scarf/etc shelf and pulled this one out. She was not swayed by the suggestion of wearing her sunhat instead. I'm just glad the tender top of her head was covered and she's getting to where she'll accept a hat at all!
